Forum of Participation Practitioners

In June we had the opportunity to appear at the 10th Forum of Participation Practitioners in Bydgoszcz. It was an event where people involved in participatory processes had the opportunity to meet, exchange experiences, and talk about current problems and directions of policy development.

During the forum, we took part in panels on a wide variety of topics. These included the accessibility of public spaces for people with invisible disabilities, the politics of rural resistance to industrial farms, and the involvement of Ukrainian refugees in political processes.

We had the honor of co-presenting one of the panels. We talked about our research on deliberation. The meeting was a moderated discussion, which allowed us to discuss the results of our current research with experienced practitioners. We were also able to make new contacts that will help us conduct further research.

We are very grateful to the Stocznia Foundation, which was the organizer of the 10th Participation Practitioners Forum. We hope to see you in future editions 🙂
